A follow-up occurs every 6-8 weeks to assess changes. A minimum of 6 months is required, though eczema is complex and typically needs 12-18 months of attention. Follow-ups are fewer after the first 6 months. The follow-up session is crucial because it allows the homeopath to see what shifts were made, what came to the surface, and determine if we need to make adjustments for continued progress.
